Assusme
2013 Jan ma naya employer join garey. Work authorization(CPT not OPT) 2013 july 15 samma  matra cha.
2013 April ma h1b petition file garey. Premium garaye. May ko mid ma nai  Approve pani bhayo.

1st October 2013 dekhi matra tyo h1b ma kaam garna paineca.


2013 july 15(cpt work authorization sidiyopaci)  deki 2013 October 1st sammako yo gap period ma kaam garna paidaina.


Questions:

1.    Can I stay in usa during this gap kaam garna napaye pani?

2.    Can I go to Nepal and can come back on October?
