You sure can. We send fish oil (omega-3), Calcium etc all the time. You might wanna send it via someone as opposed to postal services though.

Reckon you'll be fine as it's an OTC pills. So unless you're sending 23 tonnes of Calcium pills, you should be good to go.

@Yuvaraj: There's no doubt that there's calcium pills in Nepal.
There's some personal reason why I have to send from here. Many times there are situations where we cannot deny or argue against something. Hope you understand. Now I dont know what brand they are looking for but if that is found in Nepal definitely i will suggest that it is found in Nepal.

To whom they says we can find medicine in Nepal : I had to send medicine to my grandmom from here because dr himself suggest that medicine from here work better than the one we found over there. It was some kind of Vitamin for bones.

That is a misconception unless there are duplicate meds in Nepal which obviously is a very big possibility . I am sure you guys have heard how people from here actually go to Mexico to buy meds which are cheaper. I personally actually buy meds from Nepal things like naproxen, Allegra etc from Nepal which are much cheaper there.

If I were you, I would DHL them as supplement. I get things from Nepal, and when they DHL me, I get stuffs faster, say in 3-4 days. If you use postal service, I'm 100% sure that goons out there in postal office would extort more money from your relative for the release of the sent package.
Best of luck :D
