 H1B Visa Interview in Kathmandu

My H1B is recently approved through American staffing agency. I am currently in Nepal. The company wants me to come to US after I get contract job. What do I need to say in Visa interview with the US Counsulate in Nepal? Do I need to mention that I am a full time employee of staffing agency? or Do I need to say that I work for staffing agency and work for its clients as a contractor?Kindly let me know your views. It will help me to preceed.
