saw a bird's eye view picture of kathmandu with congested houses and it looked like diarrhea just hit the Kathmandu valley.
Was wondering if there's any kind of building or construction regulation in the kathmandu valley!

Yes, I think, there was some law introduced in 2030s. But why are you so surprised? Isn't that obvious comparing with lots of other things?
