By 2017 we'll be wasting billions of KW in the summer but we'll still face 8 hrs of loadshedding in the winter if they only build run of the river projects

Teach fishing. DO NOT give us fishes. We are getting these fishes, even much larger than yours, from so many different well-developed countries.

I agree with BT's & HSaap's opinions. At least, few thousands will get electricity. But, that is not a long term solution.

And there are hundreds of those NRNs, who ate in $$ and now wants to lick remaining Rs.

To eradicate these problems are long term solution. Before this happens, I know that my ashes will be flowing along with Bagmati, much more polluted and dirty Bagmati then!!
