Refreshing news, my friend with one small gaffe --Bhutan is also a SAARC country :).
So why is Bhutan ranked above Nepal? One small difference - In Bhutan, you might get driven out of the country; in Nepal, you might be buried alive!

I based it upon the color code in the attached map, I saw Bhutan and Nepal both with Noticeable problems category, better than the rest of the SAARC nations. But you're right, if you actually follow their indexed ranking, Bhutan is ranked 82, Nepal 118 (India 140).

Not againsts journalism but it is a fact in the name of freedom, many journalists abuse their position. They do this to increase sales by sensationalising everything often with fake stories. They even sensationalise rumours. This is especially true in thirld world countries. With great power comes great responsibility.
