My Fellow citizens,

I am in a dilemma, I thought you would try to help me get out of it and take the right decission.

I am currently in H1B with US Employer. The company I work directly with, is a well reputed Company and they have all government contracts all over the united states(They have a master contract with the all the state clients). But they are more like staffing agency which means they dont have credential of having their own projects. They are good at providing human resources but not the estimation of the project cost, project management n stuffs like that you know.

I happened to talk to one of my colleague in previous company and he is from Canada and he is offering me to a job a Lead/Architect kind of role  which would help me relocate to canada for good. That would get me a PR in canada and my wife would also could work(Now she is in H4 and it is shitty status, u r like screwed up).

The reason I am trying to give this company a thought is this company is small but has credential in terms of project management, they own projects of the client, they dun provide human resources, they acquire projects and complete it. That said in future I dont have to be in US/Canada. I can just go back to Nepal and create jobs to our youngsters(This is main reason, I m really thinking about it).
Additionally, I can work from home. I could have pretty flexible hours, I would not have to travel a lot.(These r secondary ones actually.)

Your inputs are so much appreciated and respected by all means casue I believe in brainstorming(positive one), which  would always bring new ideas to the table.

Wolrd has no boundary now due to technolgy and all other investion so my suggesstion is go and do whatever good for you. I got my GC here but before that my wife had the same H4 shitty status.

If you have good offer from a good comapny in Canada then move on my friend. There is nothing to stick on here. After your PR and Citizen you can come and go freely in US.
