Install a nepali font like preeti. You can use it by default.

You need to use Nepali font and that it should be recognizable in photoshop with keyboard map on hand, unless you are fluent in Nepali typing.
Photoshop supports unicode but often time, result is undesirable. It doesn't look the way it should.
So, use font with keyboard map, and type it in photoshop.

I know it's real pain but I didn't find other way than suggested by maxy and bttertruth. Once I wanted to use unicode font in Illustrator and came here in Sajha shouting for the help but ended with installing rukmini font and looking for charmap for each character.
