Hi My dear friends,
My current company is currently in the process of extending my h1b. While they are in the process of doing so, I got an offer from another company. I've kept my current company from filing extension under various pretenses until now, but now they are really bugging me to get it extended.
Now they are filing for an extension.
Question is can I do a transfer while the extension is still pending?
Thanks,

This is my guess and logical answers - Since you can have mutiple H1s for more than one company, I say yes. There is no legal term Called "transfer" of H1B in these cases. When you change company, you have to file the new h1b which involves exact process of earlier H1s.
I have friends who holds 2 H1B from two company - one full time and one part time and only works in part time when they call him.

Thanks brother, Can anyone give names of some good H1b lawyers, so I can speak to them about this whole conundrum and get a definite answer?
Thanks,
