What's in the Senate immigration bill?

**Path to citizenship for immigrants who arrived illegally before 31 December 2011
**Billions in funding for border security, including 20,000 new Border Patrol agents, and 700 miles of fencing
**Requirement border security and fencing goals be met before these immigrants can become permanent residents
**A start-up visa for foreign entrepreneurs; new visa programmes for low-skilled workers and the agricultural sector
**All employers must use E-Verify, a programme to verify electronically each employee's legal status within four years

one thing: dv lottery will be repealed if this bill is made into law. What are some others benefits for international students ? they were talking about stapling GC to advanced degree graduates.

"Apparently some haven't gotten the message: the House is not going to take up and vote on whatever the Senate passes," said Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio. "We're going to do our own bill ... and move the legislation that reflects the will of our majority and the will of the American people."

House Republicans have indicated their intention to tackle the issue with several smaller proposals instead of one larger bill.

Boehner repeated his pledge to block a vote on any immigration measure that doesn't have the support of a majority of House Republicans. Democrats contend the Senate version would pass the House if brought to a vote, with a united Democratic caucus joined by some Republicans.

I'm lazy to google so my question is if bill will do any benefit for the legal international students in USA ? If that does in what ways ? Could any expert on these specific matters could light me up? I have seen much touting and bragging about the bill by our fellow international students but I doubt neither of them know the specific answer to my queries.

THanks,

. If enacted as a law of US, the person with  legal status (temporary protected status are qualified though) are not qualified. But for people who are graduating and looking for job, this bill might help them and ease the process of hiring. I think most of the nepali international students will get nothing out of the bill, rather it make harder to get ghanta hanney job and others.

As far as I remember, the bill that annuled DV lottery would provide permanent residence to students with advanced degree. If that is so, its quite beneficial to Nepali students.
