Buddha was neither born in Nepal nor India....he was born in Kapilvastu which is part of present day Nepal but technically it wasn't Nepal when he was born......being proud of something you own is good but being ridiculously arrogant about it is pure Ignorance.

nice venture, but those cartoonish characterization of Nepalese demographic attire, most likely suitable for kids.. I couldn't find anything appealing to wear it on any occassions as a grown up.

Can you guys do more sober version of nepalese attire than these cartoonish depiction ??

ideas...

I can't imagine any adult wearing those shirts w/ pride. Kids would most probably cherish 'em.

Good for them. I hope the ones wearing those aren't involved in manufacturing/designing/producing etc.

"Buddha was born in Nepal". That was just sarcasm. Why do people has to relate everything to Nepalese pride, culture our own heritage, blah blah blah. looks like they just want to sell the product to patriotic nepalese people. Believe me there are less people here who want to wear those T-shirt just to show patriotism to our country. Personally I want to wear Dhaka Topi if I want to promote Nepali veshvusa. Anyway your T-shirt sucks.

They acknowledged that those tshirts are mainly targeted for kids. read the facebook comment below.
We need more grunge-bhairab type tshirts.. dunno, they need to hire more talented designers..

Dude, clearly naming yourself "khairey" shows what u are, u r not even proud of urself. Lets leave the issue of Buddha alone. They don't claim to promote patriotism at all. The designs they have created are definitely unique, especially for people living abroad. Im sure u may not like their designs and concepts, but u r acting like one sour soul who does not do anything of his own but make comments on others works. Your judgement is worth nothing and get on with your pathetic life.

I am proud of my culture and I support their initiative. At least they are making efforts to do something in life. They are just a startup. Give them sometime. Don't be judgemental.
