 Hey wanted to get some info in regards to the F2A  and the priority date being current.
I applied for Asylum and currenlty waiting for my Inteview date. since my wife is a greencard holder,  is there any way that i can file my i485 through her.
1) Do i need to withdraw my asylum case before i do that??
2) Am i eligible to file i130 and i485.
3) Is asylum a legal stauts?
