All,
How is the potential of success of establishing the buffalo farming in Kathmandu? Will it florish? Will it generate good return from current consumers? As a matter of fact, consuming buffalo meat has become very common in all levels of "Jaat". The current market survey dipicts that non-Newars (especialy Bahuns and Chettries) are the main consumers.
Please give me some feedback.
Thank you all.

Go southern Nepal.
Cheap fodder, labor and land.
Good climate for राँगो .
If you ever been to Thankot, you see truckloads of Hungry राँगो sighing to go into belly of Khaldo basis.
In short, transportaion is not an issue.
KTM definately is not an place for राँगो Palan.

I was wondering why that sentence was necessary? Why does it matter which caste eats buff more than Newars?? What does that have to do with Raango business in Ktm?

Kiddo Jee,
There is nothing to analyze on that particular sentence. It has to do with some level of spatial distribution of ethnic background residing in Kathmandu Valley. Based on current survey data, Bramhans and Chhtries have attributed about 30 percent to Nepalese population. Thus, so far, this ethnic distribution will play some key role in boosting such type of business.
If this doesn't give you some sort of basic idea on business sucess and failure then I am naive in my business analysis.
Thanks dude...

According to a current market survey Bahun and chettris are the main consumers of raksi and jaand and given the fact that KTM valley is now mostly populated by bahuns and chettris,

Bahun and Cherrtris consume more khasi than raanga... How about khasi paalan... I don't think your intention here was to ask about raanga paalan.... Maybe you want to tell us that even bahun are consuming raanga ? What's your point? Go to terai Nepal if you want to do that business...

Most bahun chhetri of ktm start eating rangha and drink jaad because now we can see lots of chhetri bahun of ktm are marrying newari girls so they get influenced from their 'Sasurali'.

The real intension of this thread is to make mockery about Brahmins and Chettris rather than talking about business. As a reminder, no one is Brahmin and Chettris by birth. Everybody is born equal and he or she has all rights to do whatever he or she chooses. A person becomes a "Brahmin" only when he or she has realised "Brahman" (the absolute). Similarly, Chettris become Chettris only when he or she chooses to become a warrior to protect his or her country. When everything is decided by person's Karma, what do you mean by Brahmin and Chettris? The so called Brahmin and Chettries who eat buffalo, cows, pigs, snake are not Brahmin and Chettries at all. TO BECOME BRAHMIN, ONE MUST REALIZE BHRAHMAN. NO ONE EVER BECOMES BRAMIN BY BIRTH.

The real intention of the thread and unnecessary use of caste/race in the subject has been already discussed; just read the earlier responses. By responding to this thread and mentioning same thing again and again, we are giving legitimacy to this issue; about time we should retire this thread. Btw, there's nothing wrong with eating ranga?
