 University in Canada for PHD

Namaste!!!!

I am trying to fit myself into PHD program from upcoming fall 2014. I am googling (researching) university that offers PHD in Information Technology / Information System in Canada. I am recently done with my Master in technology with cumulative GPA of 3.73.
a. specifically looking for affordable university in case research grant is not available.
b. Where GRE Is not Required.

Please kindly share if you are currently attending PHD in Canada in same major as i will be pursing, or if you happen to know some information regarding my queries. So far i have listed couple of university and will be hunting some more and will updates on same thread.
