I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me that if you can get PR without french.
I used their online assessment that even without French at all I am eligible for applying. I have heard that without french Quebec won't give PR easily is it true.
also how long I have to stay in Quebec if I am granted PR, before moving to other province?
