Girija's "Grand Design". A current reality check.

Not very long ago, this [Disallowed String for - No foul language here]elmaker named Girija P. Koirala chanted time after time that there is a grand design to deteriorate the political power in the country. Its a very high time to analyze his statement with the recent facts as mentioned in Sudhir Sharma's product.

Before entering the subject, we must realize the decades long war and uncertainty had made us pay tolls for two different government in one country. One to the HMG and another to underground Maoists. While the first one was logical and meaningful, the other one was harsh and the most forced ones. Even though it was illegal the Maoists got its way in getting billions of amount from the citizens.

Lets talk about some clues from Mr Sharma's book, he was served with the facts that both the Maoists and Nation's Army were first trained in Delhi and the whole thing was a set up from Indian Politicians. If it was true, then we will have to go back in time where "Palace Massacre" took place. It can be so easily answered now, why the Royal family was killed. They understood, the then King was not going to mobilize arms inside his own country to kill his own people. He was killed because then next person in line would do so and he did, thanks to the Lauda tagged Girija and power hungry Madhav.

Both ways, this country had to spend money on arms, and by now, we know where most of our Maoists and the then government imported arms from, India and allies.

We must keep in mind, there is a big arms industry in this world and are mostly dominated by five UN permanent members China, Russia, France, UK and USA. We received most of their merchandises. No wonder, Indians might have been used by those supreme powers but are we to trust those Indians who let use their land for such a huge treason to a wonderful neighbor like Nepal.

This country has been spending money through India in a rampage from so many years. Whether it be, in the name of arms or engineering goods or vital essential necessity products. All we have been doing is more import, less export. Our current figure shows the import of NRS 190 billion and the export of only NRS 30 billion (just via India and not rest of the world).

The current politics still being a bully on one another, we are still unable to forecast a steady government in the nearest future. This charismatic, Proportional Representative have added more illusions rather than transforming equal rights to everyone. We even wonder, if any of these tactics are drawn by our own people. Who among us, if in the right mind would want to divide people's solidarity in such tremendous way?

Small plea here, to the people of Nepal, just let's not make people inside our country celebrate August 15 inside our territory and not take any ambulances as gift from them and media should stop making joke out of those gifts. For us, its a sick news, where our head of government would go to their embassy to mark their freedom when they are the ones who masterminded most of all the huge collisions and clashes among us.

Our part is "not being one of them" and may be some of us are bribed easily. Whatever it is. This is the current version of Grand Design and treachery.

Its sad but don't think there's any savior remaining in this country. I feel like it's wrecking day by day. We lack the leadership power big time and if anybody persist, his/her voice is mutilated. Why it's so [Disallowed String for - bad word]ed up? No one tries to think for eternal reasons.

Now that i recall after reading this article, didn't late king Birendra shah had a conflict regarding importing military equipments during that time of Massacre? I think he wanted to import it from China and that dissed New Delhi. And now having seen how Oil and Arms industry work here in US to sustain itself by creating conflicts in other countries, it does make perfect sense bout what the writer is saying.

Thanks every one Poon Hill especially,
but what's more important today is how we are gonna take it from here towards the future
whether to sikkimise or lift it economically with core production and whether our present political actors are potent enough to do that and yes prayogshala shows most of them are just power hungry and they lack far sightedness.
UNITY among all the nepalese from east to west and with all political perspective must come together as one otherwise we are going to loose everything we have.

Today when everybody is talking about the constitution making. we have so many backgrounds to be adjusted before making it work for the future or even just to run the present. Our shifting political scenarios from Kings to common man but players remaining the same is what we have in the surface. We need to get in to the root causes that will create hindrances again must be thoroughly and cleverly handled by the next government to be formed.
More precisely, our focus must be on the geographic boudaries and tough methods on cross border territories. All our borders must be guarded by our National Army and every single person coming in and out must be digitally recorded in the National System. If condition worsens we should not even hesitate to close our boundaries untill we figure out what are the causes that we are not making progress on our own.
Neighbor encroachment has been highlighted by our national media for so many years but there has been very little to zero steps taken to address the agenda itself.
Again, for now, this is just a thought where we can give ourself a chance to analyze what we are capable of doing to enhance and boost our social and economic structure. In the past, we have had stories about southern residents approaching the territory and buying the citizenships and so many of ours go south for jobs.
In a hypothetical scenario, if it was tightened decades earlier human trading might not have been possible and our citizens would not have ended in Mumbai. Well, we see some improvements now but its not enough for many other reasons.
Although, being the consumer oriented country we get most of our imports from India, we must check to see if its possible to control over our own production in depth. Believe it or not, this is the only way we can prosper our country.
