Anyone working as a hadoop developer/tester/Admin.

I need help to know
- the real world environment of hadoop developer/tester/Admin in job
- the tools, softwares used in office
- paperworks done, etc

Basically, anything that could help me to get familiar with the office environment before I start my job.

what is your area? tester?dev?admin? let me know..
