We all send money to Nepal now and then, but once you start sending all you annual salary and start bulking up it in Nepal. and someday you need to make some big purchase like house. Can you bring it back to USA without getting taxed again. Even though the money that was first sent was already taxed as it is salary.I know that getting cash inside here is easy( through friends and connections) but those money is useless as it can't be used to make any bug purchases.
Does anybody have any experience or idea in this topic?

How are you planning to bring the money back to the US? Is it easy to bring money back to US if you are citizen versus green card?

You may not be taxed but it is hard to bring chunk of money and you may have to show the source of money just to prove that you are not doing money laundering.

Exchange rates are fluctuating and the money you are getting back in future may not be the money you had sent and earned interest in Nepal.

It stays green.
