I think this is a common problem for everyone. I find myself reaching out for phone in bed as soon as i wake up. After waking up then turn on tv or get in front of computer. Drive to work and check phone everytime car stops in traffic light. Get to work and stay in front of computer 8-10 hours then get back home sit in front of tv with laptop in front and checking stuff on phone. Even when going out check phone every 5 minutes then go to bed and spend some or lot of time on phone or ipad till falling asleep.

Sometimes it feels like yesto ni life ho. Someone told me its same in Nepal too thesedays.

ditto. Now i started reading books to get rid of that habit.Start by assigning 1 hour of no technology time where you will be away from electronics of any kind. increase that hour to 2 hour after 2 or 3 weeks of practice.
If you want to read You should trying reading Sherlock Holmes so that you won't be bored.

It is not only you : almost every house. In my house without tv or cell on can not fall in sleep, it will be on all night if some does not turn it off or set up timer.

Not remembering the phone number: brain is wired as you practice/ use it. You may remember some of old number you used to dial frequently, it is stored in your brain cell. I think the way we use our brain it wires them accordingly.

Nomofobia: over 50% people fear of not having cell, losing services and battery and missing any calls. 75 percent people carry mobile to during toilet use in their home. are you among them?
