Experts,
Is there a minimum salary requirements to file GC via EB2 or EB3? How do we check if I have enough salary to file my GC under EB2?

Appreciate your inputs.

Did you talk to your lawyer about this? He will take care of this NOT you.

Go to flcdatacenter.com and go to FLC wage search wizard. Fill in location and job occupation and look for Level 2 wage. It will show you approximate prevailing wage that the lawyer gets from department of labor. Depending on location, it might range from 65k to over 80k.
Even if ur current salary is less than the prevailing wage under EB2, ur employer can still file under EB2 as long as ur company is making profit and prove that it can pay you after u get ur GC, it's up to ur company.

For non profit organization, they have to show that they can pay you the prevailing wage by shwoing any other means which could be net income or balance or assets or like that during i140 process. It is up to USCIS how they interpret the submitted materials.
