Jacob, Sam, Jared, Quil, and Leah…Remember these werewolf characters from Twilight Series? Well this is a story of a Nepali woman and her three Children who all suffer from the rare disease that causes
excessive hair growth over their bodies… making them look like werewolves.
The decese is called as “Congenital Hypertrichosis Lanuginosa” and commonly known as “werewolf syndrome”.
This Nepali woman,Devi Budhathoki, stays with her husband and three children Manjura, Niraj and Mandira.
Her husband does not suffer from werewolf syndrome and loves his wife the way she is.
“A good man does not pursue a woman for her appearance,” he said.
Still there is no medical solution available for this disease, but its symptoms can be reduced by laser hair removal.

9.) So she decided to change the situation. The family traveled from their remote village all the way to Kathmandu in order to be treated for ‘werewolf syndrome’.
10.) Leaving her youngest daughter, Devi and her two oldest children, Manjura and Niraj, underwent the non-invasive hair removal treatment.

As per the records, just 50 people have been diagnosed having the disease. Out of which around
34 cases have been adequately documented.
