I think these days not many details aboutdifferent agreement/treaties are transparent these dyas.

May be Governement agencies deliberatly hiding some part of agreement which could bring popular sentiment against the agreement.

Governement need to answer the question raised in the article. Why pplare not paying attention?

Few days back I read that Indian oil corporation will construct oil pipeline from Rauxal to amalekhganj on their own. Nepal just have to pay only 20% of the cost. Why Indian oil corporation will do so ? they are also in defecit like Nepal oil corporation.

many months back there was a news that If Nepal agrees to bye oil Only from Indian oil corporation  for coming 25 years pipe line will be build free of cost by Indian oil corporation. but in latest agreement there is no mention of such condition.  agreeing to buy oil only from India forcoming 25 yrs is terrible condition in my opinion. Oil demand willgo double (at least) in next 25 yrs. Now Nepal buys $1 Billion worth of oil everyyear from India. in coming years it will be 2 billion $. agreeing to do business for such large amount with only one company from India is  terrible. What happens if there is a possibilty of buying oil from China  which cost lessar han from India ?

But media and government are silent about this. Now we Nepalis need to ask these question. Governement need to answer those question.

We need transparent agreement. Because of India's behavior towards Nepal in past and to some extent in present  is not amicable towards Nepal, we need to be very careful while signing multi yeear agreement. otherwise nepal will be Like Nigeria in few years time, Nigeria has oil but pp are poor. All benefit will be diverted towadrs India and Nepal will get peanut. 

Why governement  or concerned authoritiesanswering the question raised in the article ?

Why Nepalis media is notdigging enough to get the facts?
