i have been selected dv 2015 program. i filled Ds-260 in august. I thankful if i know when my second letter arrive . My case number is 427.

Current visa bulletin upto feb case no is around 3850 for asia. When did u fill the ds 260 form. contact kcc by email with your case no. U can even call them.

Since your number is 427, you are already current. In fact you should have already got it by now if you submitted in august. If not email. as well as call you can call KCC.
