Did you say you have to be out of status on November 20 2010 to be eligible for DAPA? The memorandum says "undocumented on or before November 20 2014. Also i don't think USCIS will publish anything until the temporary injunction is lifted. And the way it is going looks like it will be heading to Supreme Court for the final decision and that might take another 9 months.
