Nepal's possibilities are high provided we bring a holistic culture. Within 20 years, if leaders and citizens are serious enough we can be like Singapore and can even rise to a level of Super Nation armed with advanced nuclear weapon and technologies. A nation is nothing but a 'culture.' Unfortunately, Nepalese parents become proud of their children if they are in USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Japan etc. This culture needs to be changed. We must bring a culture where we have positive attitude about ourselves and our nation. People are writing article such as "म नेपाल फर्कन्न "; this kind of attitude and culture will not help Nepal. This requires sacrifice from Nepalese people and a genuine will power to create better Nepalese societies which will be conducive for peace and prosperity. However, we must act now. Future is nothing but a reaction of today's action. We must act now without any delay.

there are lots of things we nepali should do to prosper as a culture:
1. we talk too much instead of doing things. the government officials told many good things about the projects but i doubt they will be completed timely. http://www.onlinekhabar.com/2015/04/267863/
2.we must develop a habit of saving and enterpreneurship.i have heard that a bangali and an indian save upto 70% of what they earn in the middle east and SE asia whereas a nepali saves 30-40%.and this money is not invested in some small business ,most of it is spent in unproductive ways like jwellery, house, smartphones, bikes etc.
3.we need some sort of skill development scheme.thailand, philippines, indonesia are also remittance driven economies and they produce millions of middle level skilled manpower from their training institutes like masons, nurses, cooks, electricians, plumbers etc. we must do the same.our people are just carrying cement bags, grazing cattles or dancing naked in bars in foreign lands for their living .
4. political bhagbanda should end for god sake.we have seen that in village level officials, police chiefs, every level of government officials and now even in ambassadors.this will ruin the nation. there should be some sort of merit based promotion system which is independant of political powers.
5.and the nrns should finally use their resources if they really love their motherland. they ve got money, technical skills and a worldwide exposure .so they can do lots of things in any field ranginf from hydropower, tourism, agro based industry, health service etc.
