What is their budged? I know of one in DFW area , owned by older Arabic guy, comes with real state , so little expensive. If you tell their range based on 20% down when I can hook them up , if I think it might work.

I can't just give number like that. The one I am talking will definately be little expensive cause of real state . I think the price will be approx of 1.5 mil. If they are really serious , they have to think about settings a meetings, they have to sign NDA and stuff like that. But they have to comfortable with price range and their credit ability. If they have serious enough and think they can make it, then they can save some realtor cost by hooking directly with seller.
