Currently, I am in Nepal and will be back in the U.S. in a month or so as a student. I came to Nepal after the earthquake in May. Since I have not been in the U.S. since June 24, 2015 and will reside only after a month or so from that date, would I still be eligible to apply for the TPS? Please let me know if any of you have any information. Thanks.

I'm afraid I don't think so. The logic I will tell you is-- If you are able to visit home after the earthquake, the US government thinks things are 'under control' for you. You will need to be here physically in the US on June 24, 2015. I'm not a lawyer though. Please check with them.
