 TPS without EAD card for opt student

I just got a EAD card from opt. Can I get TPS EAD card (if selected No EAD during intial application)in the later date after getting TPS approved ?But how to apply for EAD later?
for applying TPS without EAD card
what do i need to fill in
I- 765
I am applying for ...... what do i need to choose since i donot need EAD from TPS now
(16) what do i need to fill?
