सम्माननिय प्रधानमन्त्री ज्यू, हार्दिक अभिवादन!!

तिमी त्यता सन्चै हौला, म पनि यता सन्चै छु!
आज तिमीलाई तपाइँ नभनी तिमी भनेको छु, आज तिमीलाई तपाइँ भन्नु मनै भै राख्या छैन. तिमी या तिम्रो ठाउँमा उभिएका अरु धेरैलाई म र मेरा मित्रहरुले धेरै तपाइँ तपाइँ भने तर तपाइँ भएर तिमीहरुले नाजायज फाइदा उठायौ. त्यहि भएर आज यो पत्रमा तिमीलाई तिमी नै भनि सम्बोधन गर्दै छु. हुन त संसार नै कम्युनिस्टमय देख्ने म जस्ता कम्युनिस्टले सबैलाई बराबर देख्छ, तिमीलाई पनि म बराबर नै सम्झन्छु.

मित्र, तिमी तिम्रो देशको प्रधानमन्त्री भयौ, किन भयौ कसरि भयौ त्यो मेरो चासोको बिषय होइन र भए पनि मैले गर्न नै के नै सक्छु र तर नेपाल को बदलिएको परिस्थितिमा भने तिम्रो पदमा बसेको व्यक्तिको आशिर्वादको ठुलो अर्थ रहने गरेको छ. तर आज मेरा कमरेडहरुको बिशेष आग्रहमा स्वोयम यमराजले मलाइ नेपालको प्रधानमत्री हुन पठाएकाछन्. मैले पनि यमराजलाई बिशेष आग्रह गरें कि मेरो भारतीय प्रतिद्वन्दी वा समकक्छी तिमी नै हुनु पर्छ भनें. शायद तिमीलाई थाहा छैन होला, त्यहि भएर आज म यो पत्र तिमीलाई नै बिशेष लेख्दै छु. परलोक भैसकेका हामी तर आज लोक संगका परिधिहरु सम्बन्धि केहि लेख्न गैरहेको छु.

मित्र, तिम्री आमाको पालामा गठन गरिएको RAW ले दुख दिन सम्म दियो. मेरो देशमा जन्मनखोज्ने हरेक सपूतहरुलाई कपुतको कालो झारमा राखिदिने काम गर्यो. देशको भलाइको लागि सोच्ने जनताहरु अझै कति धेरै छन् तर ति सबको स्वोर कुण्ठित गरेका छन् तिम्रा RAW ले. हाम्रा मानिसले हामीले के चाहन्छौं भनेर सोच्नुपर्नेमा तिमी र तिम्रा RAW ले के सोच्दा हुन् तेस्लाई नै प्राथमिकता राख्नु पर्ने वातावरण पो छ त अहिले, अचम्म लाग्छ, आखिर यो देश तिम्रो कि हाम्रो. तिम्रो देशको विदेश बिभाग बाट बोलिने शब्द र गरिने कर्तुत बिल्कुलै आकाश जमिन को फरक छ. हिजो ४६ सालताका तिमीले गरेका नाकाबन्दी होश या यो देशलाई अनिश्चिततामा धकेलिने दरबार हत्याकाण्ड, सबमा तिम्रो त्यो RAW मुछिएको छ.

हिजो मेरा मावोवादी मित्रहरुलाई टाउकोको मूल्य तोक्ने गरि आतंककारी घोषणा गर्न लगायौ तर सब भन्दा ठुलो आतंककारी त तिमिहरुपो रहेछौ. यता पनि ठिक्क उता पनि ठिक्क, न यसलाई न उसलाई काम गर्न दियौ. मेरो आफ्नै पार्टी का बिशिष्ट कार्यकर्ताहरुलाई पनि भ्रस्ताचारी बनाइदियौ. बास्तबमा तिमीले नेपाली नेता हरुलाई कसरि भ्रस्ताचारी बनाएका रहेछौ भनेर तराईमा तिम्राले पालन पोषण गरेका नेता हरु मात्र उदाहरण को लागि लियो भने सब उजागद हुन्छ. फेरी यो पनि थाहा छ कि तिमी एक्लैको दोष पनि छैन तर तिमी आफु एस्तो नजिकको छिमेकी भएर एस्तो घृणित काम गर्छौ अनि तिमीलाई नभनी सुखै छैन.

बास्तबमा तिमीलाई जसरि मैले बुझेको छु शायद मेरा अरु मित्रहरुले नबुझे होलान. तिमी, तिम्रा नेहरु बाजेका नाति भए पनि तिमीलाई राजनीति कम र मुनाफा धेरै समेट्न खोज्ने व्यक्तिको रूपमा मैले बुझें भने फरक नपर्ला. आफ्नै हातमा कलम र आफ्नै हातमा मसि राख्न खोज्ने व्यक्ति रहेछौ. होइन भने होइन भन!! हुन त मेरा नेता हरु पनि उस्तै छन् तर आज बिशेष तिम्रो कुरा बढी गर्न चाहन्छु किन भने तिम्रो भ्रस्ताचारको जड चोक्टा हो भने हाम्रा नेताले गर्ने भ्रस्टाचार झोल मात्र हो. आज सम्झना आउँछ, तिम्रो तत्कालिन भौतिक अवसान अगाडी १९८९ मा किन र के कारण चुनाब हारेका थियौ. तिम्रो ससुराल पट्टिको लेनदेन थियो क्यारे शायद, होइन र? तेत्रो ६ वर्ष प्रधानमन्त्री भएर पनि tendor प्रक्रिया बिर्सेर तिम्रा इटाली का मित्र संग कम गुणस्तरको सैन्य हतियार को लेनदेन गरेछौ. मित्र त्यो परिस्थितिमा तिमीले तिम्रो बाजे नेहरु को नाख माटो मा मिलायौ. कहिले काहीं सोच्ने गर्छु तिम्रो परिवारले तिम्रो आफ्नै देशलाई राष्ट्रियताको नारा लगायेर लूत्न मात्र खोजेका त थिएनौं? यदि तिम्रो काँग्रेस पार्टी को foundation मै खोट रहेछ भने तिमी सच्चा निस्कने त कुरै भएन, तसर्थ तिम्री आमाले सिर्जना गरेको RAW ले गर्ने कामहरु र तिम्रा इतिहास का पाना हरु आधुनिक दक्षिन एशियाको fraud को जालो मात्र हो. आज तिम्रो सरकारले प्रतेक वर्ष RAW को लागि $४५० million budget छुत्याउन्छ, होला तिम्रो पाकिस्तान संग र चिन् संग को ठुलो मार्ग चित्रमा यसको उपयोगिता तर नेपालमा यसको अकर्मण्यताले तिम्रो गैरजिम्मेवारीको एहेसास दिलाउँछ. यदि तेस्को काम यस्तो भाडभैलो मात्र हो भने तिमीले तिम्रै देशका जनतालाई ठगि गर्दैछौ.
कथा पनि सिक्किममा जस्तै रच्यौ, तत्कालिन नेपाली सेनालाई गहिरो मार मा पार्ने गरि जनयुद्ध तिर लगायौ, फेरी राज संस्थालाई कम्जोर पारेर गोल मेच सम्मेलन नै नगरी संबिधान सभा चुनाब गर्न प्रेरित गरायौ, फेरी मावोवादी सेना र तराई का मोर्चालाई पनि तिम्रा ले नै पालन पोषण गर्न लगायौ. अनि कता बाट बन्छ नया नेपाल. बरु sequence मिल्दै गयो भने तराई एउटा चाइ तिम्रो आफ्नै झोला मा राख्ने सुर चाइ प्रष्ट हुन्छ. तिम्रो देशको रणनीति मा तिम्रो personal रणनीति पनि काइदाको छ तर यो नभुल आजकल तिम्रा र हाम्रा जनता पनि निकै जान्ने बुझ्ने भै सके, उनीहरुलाई सब देशका जनता दाजु भाइ तर नेता र राजनीति चोर club जस्तो लाग्न थालिसक्यो. कसैमाथिको दमन सहदैन.

आज नेपाल ले बार्षिक $७ billion को import गर्छ, जसको ५१% त तिम्रो देश बाट मात्र आउँछ. नेपाली जनताले बिदेशमा श्रम गरेर भए पनि तिम्रो अर्थतन्त्र बाट दाल चामल तथा अरु सामाग्री किनी रहेकै छन्. मित्र कम्जोर नथान, मेरा देशबाशीलाइ अब निकट भविष्य मै देश बिकाशको enlightenment हुने वाला छ तेस्पछि तिम्रा तर्फ़बाट जति नाकाबन्दीको झोक निकालेपनि हामीलाई केहि फरक पर्ने वाला छैन.

तिम्री सोनियाले पनि तिम्रै अनुसरण गरि नेपालमा श्रीलंकामा जस्तै झन्डै तिमीले गरेकै रणनीति लिएर मनमोहन सिंहबाट थुप्रै फाइदा लिए. हात हतियारको व्यापारको commission तिम्रै मित्र हरुलाई मात्र थाहा होला तेस्को channel जसको कारण तिमी आफै भगवान श्रीकृष्ण परम इश्वर भेट्न जानु पर्यो. मित्र, सच्चा काम गर अनि मात्र साचो मन मिल्छ नत्र जस्तालाई तेस्तै मात्र हुन्छ.

चु चु चु बिचरा, अगि भर्खर समाचार आयो, तिम्रो धर्तिय PM मोदी लाइ UN सेन्ट्रल कमिटि मा मत पाएन रे. तिम्रो स हृदयी मित्र नेपालले पनि मत दिन मानेन. लौ हेर, तिम्रा गल्तिहरु कहा गएर तिम्रा देशको निम्ति घातक हुदैछ.
म आज यो निर्णय गर्न गइरहेको छु कि, म र मेरा देशप्रेमी जनताहरु, चाहे जस्तो सुकै कठिन परिस्थिति किन न आवोश तर आज तिमी संग को नाका हामी आफै बन्द गर्न चाहिरहेका छौं र तेसो गर्न मेरा सेना लाइ high alert पनि दिइसकेको छ. ह्यातेरी, मित्र तिमी pilot नै हुनु पर्ने थियो आज यो दिन त आउदैन थियो. रेस्ट इन peace (both of us ).

Reflexes of Magna Carta breakway
Magna Carta is a charter agreed upon by King John of England and rebel Barons in the year of 1215. It was created to make a commitment by the then King to promise the protection of church rights, protection of the barons from illegal imprisonment, access to swift justice and the limitations on feudal payments to the crown that was to be implemented through a council of 25 barons. Even though this charter did not come to the effect right away but it did at a point and has been one of the fundamental part of the core constitutions of Europe, America and Australia. In other words, it was a junction of catholic Christian religion, papal practice and laws created by this system.
There was a political and religious turmoil when King Henry VIII in the 16th century wanted to null and void his first marriage to wed a commoner Anne Boleyn. The papal jurisdiction did not allow him to do so. There was a legitimate King, Queen and their heir Princess Mary I, but his lust for an outsider was so deep that he would try to fulfill all the demands of Anne. Subsequently, to legalize his new marriage, he claimed himself to become the head of church of England and divorced his queen under his own law and justices were all under his mercy. Whoever did not follow his new authority and religion were all tortured and maimed. Thousands of men, women and children of his own country were mercilessly killed. The king’s belief was that there should be no one between god and a human being whereas in Catholicism there were popes to decide for the laws to be implemented.
However, good or bad thoughts King Henry VIII might have had at that time but it was his inhumane nature to kill all those innocent people, simply because of the faith. His selfish and stubborn charisma brought a huge political and religious disparity, keeping his own people under the constant fear of persecution. It simply capped the growth of thoughts to ordinary human beings. Although, he had his second wife Anne Boleyn also beheaded in the future for certain reason, his thrust of power grew stronger than ever before.
What I’m trying to tell is that although we did not have King Henry or Anne Boleyn in our regional history, we had our own laws and constitution with kings and queens. The previous constitution had its own values, which if followed carefully and scrutinized every act of law and order and would have given a better version of politics and economy for our country. Vague and lame merge of country towards a republican state just to give some leaders political authority, derailed the trust of almost all the citizens. The contributions laid by Maoists insurgency, death of Madan Bhandary, Royal Massacre and the so called revolution of 62/63 paved the smooth illusionary transition to the present day New Constitution.
If the number begins with 0 to 9 and 9 being the final destination, we do not jump and begin with 5, we go 0, 1, 2, 3 and so on to reach 9. What really happened in our newly born constitution was that we began from 5 whereas 0 and 1 were our round table conferences that were to be hold by all political forces of 62/63 era. It was a crucial moment to grasp the agendas of the very Nepalese rather than importing agendas from any other countries. Well let alone the agendas, the seven years of constitution making and 2 elections for the same lame purpose was no other stunt for the so called political leaders to hang on to the power and money. Now, the whole country is full with spies against their own land/country. Madhesh andolan is a very best example of what I am trying to explain.
Had there been truth, had there been obedience to the country, had there been true practice of any constitution we’ve ever had, had there been no lust of our own leaders to achieve their selfish political space; none of the present situation would have ever existed.
The constant lies to the people and the huge scam of making Nepal a better place while dividing its own people in the name of Jaatiyata provided seeds for further collision of people. The nationalism has been omitted from the heads of the people. The web of this human and political conflict relies heavily on what we have tried to change in the very beginning of this constitution making process.
More precisely, our leaders joined hand in hand with the south bloc to dismantle peace and harmony of our country. They let them handle the micro management of all of our matters. Our nations matter, what would have been our family matter were supposed to be left in our own hands in the very beginning and we were supposed to be ready to govern ourselves better and learn to protect our small realm. Its our own fault to invite the devil. Its our own fault if we did not protect or follow the Magna Carta of our own if such ever existed.
