Analyisng Indian PM Modi's Speech

Indian PM Modi these days travelling around the world collecting Indian crowed and giving Inspirational speech to them.

Why some one/some community need Inspirational speech,

1. Communities which are already in higher end of the society that is already doing good don't need inspirational speech.
2. Community which have high moral ground ( as usually claimed by Indian like birth place of Buddha, birth place of Gandhi, , Yoga etc etc) don't need inspirational speech.

3. Community which are from well off country don't need inspirational speech

Indian diaspora claims all these then why they need inspirational speech from their Mr. Modi ( Prime minster of ex country)

what is wrong?

Is this the example of Inferiority complex of Indian community and India as a whole as a country ?
Why Prime minister of a biggest democratic country, instead of involve solving serious problem of Indian facing at home loves to travel and give speeches ?
Is this the new normal to solve the problem of a country ?

What India will achieve from such speeches , Will China, US , Russia make policy based on his speeches ?
What good his speeches will do to India ?

As far as I understand If a community is depressed, is of low moral then such speeches will boast moral etc ect.

Is Indian communities around the world depressed ? frustrated ?? with low moral??

Or may be whatever they boast about themselves, deep inside they are depressed, frustrated and scared ?

Second scenario

Why India allays has problems with Nepal and it resorts to economic punishment ?

Nepal is smaller, I have never herd Nepal building up armies against India, buying armament to attack India
Nepal has never attacked India. Instead Nepal most of the time tries to accommodate Indian concern.

When I was kid I herd a story why a Peons dog get hit by pens wife in the evening. Thw story goes like this

A minister whenever something goes wrong, shout at his "sachib".
Sachib comes out of Ministers room and shouts at "saha sachib"
"saha sachib" comes out of "sachibs " room and shouts at "sakha adhikrit, so on and so froth
Finally every one shout at peon. poor peon there is no post lower than his , returns home sad, and shouts at his wife, wife cries, she has no option , no one to shout at. Finally she comes out of the house and hit the poor dog who has done nothing wrong.

Is India wife of a Peon?, every one is shooting at India and poor India has no one to shout at ? finally it decides to hit the local dog , Nepal ??? like wife of a peon ?

Is this deep rooted in Indian mentality ?? a psychological problem ??

Why Madhesi party always love tragic end?

I respect their rights. But why always madhesi parties end up fighting . They are behaving like a hero of a olden Hindi movies where hero always have to face tragedy.
May be the action of madhesi parties is due to too much watching of Hindi Movies?

Lots of Nepali suspected if entire terai belt becomes one pradesh, it can impose economic blockade. and they suspected right so dear terai parties entire terai can not be one pradseh, no way.

What I think is solution to present mashes is neither force nor political, it is psychological.
The problem was created because of psychological problem of Indian bureaucrats/ political leaders. and Madhesi parties. The both need psychological treatment.
