I-821 ko section 25 a ma kun information haalne ho? (I 94 ko admission number halne ho ki pachadi record of change under lekhe ko number haalne ho)
Also, do we have ELIS account number or not?

C-19 is good. Put i94 number on section 25. Look for form i912 instructions for waiver.
