1:30 PM to 3:30 PM Nepali Communities of New England unite to raise awareness in International arena about the atrocious blockade by Indian policy which is depriving the fragile Nepalis recovering from recent earthquake of their daily survival needs such as medicine, cooking gas, gasolene and other supplies.  Many people are dying due to lack of medicine and access to transportation. Even well to do families in Nepal are suffering so one can imagine how difficult it must be for the underpriviledged which represents most of the Nepali population.  The blockade is wrong on every level and it must be stopped. We are appealing international and human rights organizations to exert pressure to stop this inhumane blockade. Every one of you should come to make an impact. The bigger the participation the bigger the impact. People in Nepal are suffering and you can possibly help by just showing up. This is not about a single person or an organization, this is about your family and friends in Nepal.

Why are you against India? Lets's stand against our own corrupt self-proclaimed leaders. They are the ones who caused this mesh. This constitution is beneficial for only those corrupt leaders who want to be in power turn by turn.

NepaliBhai, if you have not been following news from Nepal and don't know what India is doing in Nepal, you should have kept quiet or try to educate yourself first before asking this question in this very thread. You could check interview of Indian ambassador with Ravindra Mishra in other post. I will write one news summary from today.

There was going to be all party (including madhesis) meeting today, called by PM Oli. Before this meeting could happen, Indian ambassador went to meet with each of these parties, PM Oli, Koirala, and madhesis. At the end, this meeting failed. Can you guess why Indian ambassador need to meet with these parties at this AUSCPICIOUS time?

There's no doubt netas are corrupted and care the least about Nepal. I am with you to protest against corrupted netas if you organize protest programs. Please do reply me what is the reason for India's BLOCKADE causing everything (school, hospitals, industries, vehicles) to come to halt?

You should read news and follow the situation in nepal. It is India who is imposing blockade. Nepali neta ko pani palo aaucha but not this time.

- I may fight with my brothers in my own house. But I HAVE TO blame my neighbor when he SPONSORS my own brothers (to take the ownership of my house) and BLOCKS the road to my house stopping the supplies to my house.
- I'm asking YOU again what business my neighbor has to sponsor my brothers and then impose a blockade to my house.

There are 2 groups in demonstration right now, Madesh and Tharu,

The root cause of Tharu and along with other janajati are Prachanda, who promised 17 states with their identity ( pahichan), limbuhan state, tharuhan state and .......they were expecting and did not get,

The root cause of Madhesi demonstration is India's long term strategy to cover Madesh with Biharis and control their natural resources . Late girija helped India selling Nepaliese nagarikata, Biharis were flooded in Nepal after that which is crystal clear. The current constitution is little tougher for Biharis to buy Nagarikta, the sponsored Madehis leaders are demanding nagarikta rights adding a couple of other rights just to make it sweet in front of public, but if Nagarikta rights is amended in the constitution, they will be happy and do a cocktail party
