Hi Gurus,
I have recently got my GC approval through employment EB3 category and there are many good positions I have been tempted to apply. How soon can I leave my employer who filed my application. It was approved less than a month ago.

Thanks in advance.

Best,

As long as you leave your current company in good terms, you are good.
