Jai Nepal,
Hope you guys are doing well.
Can someone please suggest me what documents do I need to invite my brother for my wedding here? He works full time back in Nepal and I work full time here in Federal government and sponsoring him. I have the following list. Please let me know what should I add or modify in the list?
1) Personal letter to Embassy in Nepal
2) My pay stub for last three months (Been working for 3 years)
3) W2 from last year??
4) Bank statement printout showing balance (Do I need like a bank balance certificate or a certified bank statement from bank or something?)
5) Bank balance of 15k (Is it enough for now)
6) Wedding Invitation showing date, time and venue.
7) Relationship certificate
8) Employment verification letter showing my position, salary and start date referring US embassy in Nepal.

I think you need to add following documents too:
A. Proof of your legal status.
B. Duly filled for I-134.
C. Income tax filed documents.
As for the bank account document is concerned, some banks ( in my case JP Morgan Chase) gives a document with all the information of your account which serves both as a bank statement and/or certificate. Please inquire with your bank what kind of documents do they provide for immigration related purpose.
