In relative reality, diversity is experienced by the human mind. Though in reality, an utterly silent mind neither experiences diversity nor unity. Nevertheless, considering the existence of relative reality, human beings must aspire to mitigate disharmony caused by ethnic clashes. Nepal, with its immense cultural diversity, is a network of minds with various backgrounds and value system. If these diverse people are not managed properly by the administrative system, it will create chaos as we can see in present Nepal. Education about diversity management should be provided to the citizens of Nepal from early childhood if Nepalese people are serious about long lasting peace in there nation. We must realize that peace is the foremost prerequisite to all kinds of development. How can anything be achieved without peace?

Heaven and hell are merely states of mind. All individual's actions are in coherence with their understanding. Action and Knowledge are not two separate entities. Fire and heat always go together. Similarly, knowledge and action always go together. Higher the level of consciousness, more lofty thoughts will be entertained by humans. The world outside is nothing but thoughts projected.

Diversity is like the strings of guitar when in balance gives soothing sound. Similarly, when diversity is understood properly and utilized wisely can produce immense strength and creativity. However, if managed poorly like in present Nepal can create havoc. Nations have been divided into pieces because of disharmony between diverse people. For example, South Sudan, Pakistan and Bangladesh were created as a result of ethnic clash. Higher level of peace and prosperity can be achieved if there is harmony among people. Why not create a conducive environment where people can fulfill there desires and have a meaningful life? Creating such an environment requires planning and action right now if we want to see peace and prosperity in future Nepal. Time is merely a sequence where past potentialities are unfolded as a series of events. Mustard seed has potency only for mustard plant! Mind is that seed where infinite potentialities lies latent. Practical consciousness based education plays key role in experiencing finer level of happiness and prosperity like darkness can only be get rid of by bringing light. Nepal must invest in its education sector to bring about a radical revolution in human awareness. Otherwise, disintegration is inevitable. Equilibrium is the natural state of all things and must not be disturbed in a way that it starts breaking into pieces. The whole galactic system is an example why equilibrium is so important. The synonym for life is indeed equilibrium! Hope peace and prosperity prevails in Nepal.

Yes , like USA top 5 % of the population will hold the 95% of economic activity and liquid asset.
Regarding diversification : we got cast system and harmony is taken away, divide and rule theory primarily brought by Aryans not British.
As you said on last line: 'Hope peace and prosperity prevails'
