Hi My OPT STEM EXTENTION is expiring and I will be using TPS EAD TO work.
My Employer is willing to sponsor EB2. Can it be done?
Is it the same process as F1 or H1B visa status for Eb2 to be filed. or there are complications.?

Does anyone have gone through or consulted a lawyer regarding this.
If anyone else in the same boat?
Any input will be highly appreciated.

thanks,
-rajan

I found this spreadsheet (2014) from https://www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.gov/performancedata.cfm they had approved PERM from TPS so is it not that too complicated compared to that from F1 or H1B?

well, my guess would be needing to maintain F1 or some valid status as TPS is only temporary.

I dont think there would be any problem when your employer agree to sponsor you...I might be wrong though...why dont you consult a lawyer???Anyway, you need a lawyer to file your green card in this EB2...
