and what should i fill in application type in 2. There is nothing for TPS. Is it 1 a i am permanet or conditional resident of united states?

REMEMBER, you are applying for ADVANCE PAROLE DOCUMENT to come back to USA.

1.a. is a RE-ENTRY PERMIT.

1.b. is a REFUGE TRAVEL DOCUMENT.

1.c. is a REFUGE TRAVEL DOCUMENT.

1.d. is a ADVANCE PAROLE DOCUMENT if you are in AMERICA and travel to NEPAL and come back.

1.e. is a ADVANCE PAROLE DOCUMENT if you are NOT LIVING in AMERICA.

1.f. is a ADVANCE PAROLE DOCUMENT for somebody else BUT NOT FOR YOU.
