My EAD thru ASYLUM expired long ago, I've applied for EAD along with my initial TPS application and haven't received one yet, God knows when will I get one from TPS, Should I wait or should I renew EAD thru Asylum,? Only I don't have is fee of another $380.00, I can request waiver, but then, I will have two EAD's. what will happen then? Is it a good idea or i should simply wait, Will it come between each other or effect in the delayed process already? Anyone in similar boots??

Yes One convicted, the other one is pending trial, I had met an accident on my motorcycle was thrown off my bike and hurt myself, and I was not in the state to not understand anything Cop had to say, I din't realize refuse of a test by a officer can suspend my license but, well thats DMV, Yes when we get our lie cense, we consent to the test if asked by peace officer, and I loose on that one, I loose my driving/riding previlage. but on the other side in the criminal court i'm not convicted coz its broader. and I hope they see the reason why I refused, DMV is just a piece of crap with employees don't know shit. I hope the court sees it in a broader way and dismiss charges. God Bless America and fuck DMV and I'm moving outta Cali as soon as i get cleared and settle in a small town up north.
