Best friends of Sajha,
I need a suggestion please. I am working as Full time Job as a Data Analyst (not Big Data) but want to learn ETL Developer. I can't decide if that worth the risk ? what should i do. Should i go ahead take the class and do the consulting Job with more money and potential of growth at the same time it may be risky as well since i don't have a hand-son experience and i will have to leave the full time job once i get the contract. Can you guys please suggest, Appreciate your suggestion!!!

I have seen someone who worked as a tester for some 2 to 3 years, left the job and went to Texas for Java developer training, and is doing really well at their new job.

I'm not trying to say everyone should do it. If you have the interest and passion to be a developer, go for it.

If you are single and dont have to take care of children and wife, have some savings, then go for it.
