Guys I have TPS but I was out of status before that, sadly my father passed away 5 years back. I need to travel NPL for 13 days death ceremony, I’m consulting lawyers they advising since you were out of status, even on TPS, immigration might not let me return US, I might get 10 year bar. if I want to take rick I can go ahead. Which I don’t have any criminal records. I’m thinking I will file advance parole by my self and want explain about 13 day ceremony. Even years after In NEPAL son must need to do ceremony.

Majjale gaye hunxa even if u were out of status. I've travelled in tps recently. I had been oos for 5+ years and was in deportation proceedings.

When you apply for AP, I would also recommend you to make a case to show a reason why USCIS would let you BACK in US after you visit NEPAL since you were staying illegally with your overstay visa.

लयरको कुरा मत्र सुन्यो भनी केइ गर्न सक्दैन। तरिका पुराउ कागज बतुल १ महिना मजाले बसेर आउ।

@ Furke and@ Raam Raam, any attorney;s name who is filing AP?? cuz in not sure what papers should i show for AP filing

V_NPl , you don't need an attorney to file AP , please use the link below and read the instruction documentation 5 times , should be crystal clear.

All you will need is the form , filing fee , photos and letter stating the purpose of the vist.
They will send you two copies of the AP , I recommend to leave one of them here safe with someone you trust ..just in case you lose the one.
