If anybody coming from KTM to PHI or IAD, I am seeking help. My wife is coming with 2 small kids 4 and 2. Just need to help her on small things while traveling. If anybody is kind enough to help me please let me know.

If you got ticketed from Nepal, ask the travel agency if someone is travelling on the same route. Offer some monetary compensation to both the travel agency and the person. Im sure $200 is worth your peace of mind.
