 1.75 L of liquor to Nepal

Can we take 1.75 L of liquor in our check in luggage while travelling to Nepal? I checked the TSA website and it says we can but just want to double check or know if anyone here have actually done it or not?

last time i was travelling..i was told that i cannot buy liquor from duty free from usa and take it through qatar. luggage might be different..
