 TPS travel document denied

Hi friends,
Has anybody's application for travel document denied because they were in removal proceedings?
I am hearing a few cases from friends that their last travel document was approved but denied this time. I was also in removal proceedings but the case was administratively closed. Will my travel document request be denied?

I dont think being in a removal proceeding affects AP
