I have applied for travel document through TPS one and half months ago, and I haven't got a letter for bio-metric yet. When I check my case it says "we have received your document". One of my friends got his travel document in two and half months without bio-metric (his bio-metric is valid (1 year period)), but I had bio-metric almost 2 years ago.

What is the wait for AP these days?
Is bio-metric required for AP?
Where should I surrender my old i-94 while leaving US?
Documents to take to Nepal (Passport, AP, License, Work permit), anything else?
Any other comments/concerns will be appreciated.

Thanks

Approximately 90 days.
yes.
At the airport ,from where you are leaving this country. Hand it to the guy/girl who boards you in verifying your ticket. ( Air hostess basically)
that should be enough .

@MimroRaMero, approximately 90 days to get travel documents.
Sometimes biometrics is not required.
Not necessary to surrender I-94 these days, this has been automated, but if you want to do it,go for it. Also keep your boarding pass safely just for reference purpose.

Documents you have listed should be enough,DL not necessary though, if you have it that is ok.

Cheers...

And I found this >> Upon exiting the U.S., travelers previously issued a paper Form I-94 should surrender it to the commercial carrier or to CBP upon departure. Otherwise, CBP will record the departure electronically via manifest information provided by the carrier or by CBP.

Thanks for the link.
