Hello Sajha Users,
Anyone interest in investing in land in the outskirts of Kathmandu (Teen Piple or Chiso Pani area) let me know. The place I am referring to is behind Rani Ban. Vehicles are easily accessible to those locations and there is no water problems in these area.
This is a perfect place for people trying to avoid the city limits.
Teen Piple - 48 Ana (land is located on the road side)
Chiso Pani - 37 Ana (About 5 mins walk from the main road)
Prices are negotiable.
