I completed my master's already and now I have to go back to school. I was thinking to get a second master's degree because I thought PhD is tough to complete along with my new job which I got it through a consultancy. It is making me think a lot because it's about spending money and time and the clock is ticking. Please share your thoughts, experiences, your suggestions.

Please let me know if you know any good school (not troubling making schools) for master's or PhD, easier to get admission and not that expensive. This is super important for me to decide.

How is University of the Cumberlands, I heard that computer science program focused on Information Technology is tougher than Information Security Systems? How tough is their PhD programs? Pleas please let me know if you have heard any thing or gone to this university.

There is no straight forward answer to your question. The answer is "it depends." There are many factors you need to consider. For example, what is your age, are you single/married, what is your immigration status, what is your socioeconomic status, why do you want to do PhD, what major you want to get in, how many hours you currently work, what exactly you do at your work, what are you hoping that PhD will bring in your future life, etc.
