Does anyone got the song called 'Akashai ma' by I don't know.. Arun Gurung.. kishor, Ishwar gurung? I searched for it at every possible website.. but I can't find it in the mp3 format.. It something great to tune to wheneva you see a chiky gal...

That song was sung by Sunil Parajuli. He lives in Boston.

Kishore Gurung recorded that song and the album "Soon Saan Raat maa" that included the song. Sunil dai has few other albums ("Aaau") too.

Beau , i've also been looking for dat same damn song for so long dawg ... original version of "Aakasaima Cheela Udyo " is da bomb man... i even created a thread asking if anyone has the mp3 for it, but seems like noone got that song .... its so melodic and flows smooth and its fun to sing it when high (yeah man) .... Yogeswor Amatya sang the same song live one time in NTV, he was rolling on the floor with his eyez closed and $hit ... haha that was kinda silly but he did it good ....

You could buy the "Soonsaan raatma" CD from Sunil Parajuli himself. The song "Aakashaima" is on that that CD.

Seems like no one knows that Sunil sang that song "Akashai maa" back in 1984 as one of the first "non Radio Nepal" recorded album.

have you watched the music video of that song from om bikram bista? Very unique video. Tells his liife story via pictures like sambodhan from 1974 AD. Hes got a good voice.

yeah we went to see robin and looza conert in tundikhel. they messed up the whoole song. its suppose to be serious feel. But i guess thats why they call it re "mix". I like robin and looza's hamro nepala or was it X-mantra.

yah Robin as a little difficutly on words :P but i like how he sounds...and that has became his own stlye..ROBIN DAI KO JAI HOOS :)

Praitbimha or whatever the band's name is sounds better than the Himalayan band.The version that I heard from Himalayan band sounds so cheerful unlike the Pratibimha's ehich sounds more sombre.Overall, "Kahatimro Mayalulai" is covered so well that it is even better than the orginal.For me it is one of the favourite song of all time.

The guitar lead and voice matches the song perfectly !!
