I've a tool set which contains hex keys. I could not make out how to use hex keys. I need a bent screwdriver to fix a valve in my car but don't have one. Wondering if I could use the hex keys for anything .. they do not fit into my sockets well. Thanks in advance!

Hex keys....hmmmm there are very few bolts or non that are HEX in a car... most of these kinds of bolts are used in bicycle or on your furnitures..... what the heck is a bent screwdriver? how do you think you can use a screwdriver that is bent?????? noway one solution........... you can buy an extension called snake extension which is very flexible made out of wire, you can attach it to your wrench..... it is very hard to find this extension, try sears or go to autozone order one.... the best bet is there will be snapon tool truck which goes around selling tools to mechanic shops.. if you see one stop the truck and buy it.. they take credit cards or cash, I also bought mine from a truck..... that is the only thing I can tell you....It would be better if you post what valve and where it is located and what kind of car do you drive???? How the heck did you think there would be many responses???? Most people in the world drive cars but how many fix their own cars?? very few.... Ask a question about computers and you will get lots of response.... this is sajha.com not fix your car problem.... most people who longon this site work in IT not in a mechanic shop..... so tell us your problem and I bet there are few mechanic's who logon this site who might be able to help you.... I myself am a backyard mechanic.... I hate taking my cars to a shop. I hope I helped you.... snake extension is your best bet....

HEHEHE ... DadaGiri nice suggestion but now the car is fixed... Gorkhali-x I said bent but it is actually called a flexible screwdriver, I spent $20 box and now the valve is replaced. I've reset the MIL and hope that is it. The ODI code is 446, the EVAP VSV is blown, to be precise. Camry 98 it is!
