Was King G's action somehow instigated - in a convoluted sense - by President Bush's inaugural speech in which he proclaimed that, as established foreign policy, the United States will not tolerate despots? Perhaps, Americans have withdrawn their military support, so King G is proactively taking actions before anything else develops? Bush didnt proclaim that to the country like Nepal. Otherwise he wouldn't be supporting Sudanese Government to wipe out under privilege community in Dafur region. Otherwise Musaraf wouldn't be enjoying. I mean how hard- liner the government be in any country, US wont interfere unless that conflict with US intrest.
