My list goes as follows:

Girija---- for corruption and corruption done by his daughter.
Girija's chamchas like Arjun khachhad (yesterday he was panche, now kangressi) and Govinde kutta.

Deoba-- inept man I have ever seen and met/ talked. Made more corrupt by his wife Arju. Remember that she was the head of the thuggish company: pyramid biz.

Makune-- He protected corrupts like Bhim Rawal.

Bhare Bhure Party --- ghus ghuse rajniti -- behavior very similar to bhusyha kukur, jata khana painchha utai lagne naramro bani. Kunai Dignity nabhayeka.

RNA --- collection of former Bhaibhardars who always disliked democracy or
multiparty system because in these 12 years they became almost bankrupt and
current scenario will boost their monetary power..

Former MPs and local / district level leaders: made corrupt by respective party's
central leaders.

Civic Society: made corrupt by their own magi khane NGOs.

Journalists: useful idiots.

SLC Passed Citizens: Confused. Some know reading and writing, but
don't have capacity to understand what is written and what was read.
The capacity to interpret things heard, read, listen and seen is too low.

Janata: sandwitched.

GP: away from home for a loooooooooooooooooooooong time...

The one to be blamed is us. our psychology and our lack of understanding of social changes.
If you think leaders are to be blamed, they are ones same as us. they are not very different than us.
it is us.

if we need to blame one----------

the actual ones who needs to be blamed is ranas and the monarch, who taught us to do chamchagiri instead of self actalization.

GP's avarice for personal gains----

After finishing his PhD, GP should have had immediately returned back to his ailing and dying motherland with the pure intention of serving her and restoring her back to good health. Unfortunately, he didn't. He found the attraction of the mighty YEN too tempting to resist. So, GP is also partly responsible for the mess we are in today.
